British born and educated, Christopher Moon has spent the last 30 years mastering numerous yet diverse fields of artistic expression. He is an accomplished and world recognized painter of modern art, filmmaker in the jungles of Africa and New Guinea, songwriter with over 12 million songs sold worldwide, fashion photographer having worked with top agencies, published poet, international explorer, co-founder of MIA Hunters and an accomplished computer graphics designer with clients including IBM, Apple Computer, the NFL and the Olympics, to mention a few.

His art, in one form or another, has been widely distributed in the Americas, Asia and Europe with millions of pieces in global circulation. Rarely is such proliferation in so many mediums seen in a single artist, which has destined him as one of the most important influences of our time.

Moon's artisitic philosophy is simple ... "Art is everywhere around us but it is not until we seperate the common from its surroundings that we are able to truly see it. Through the discovery of the art in the ordinary objects around us ... we come to realize we are all so very extraordinary".

Christopher Moon, now a US resident, challenges conventional expression in modern art through the use of non-traditional media combined with innovative technique and materials. From his work with printing inks applied to canvas via explosives to his recent "Framed Clothing on Canvas", "Stones Suspended In Canvas" and "Pins on Canvas" works, Moon shatters traditional expression through a multiplicity of mediums using common objects juxtapostioned in un-common ways. Moon has been recognized globally as an artist that "causes use to re-discover the child-like fascination we once had in ALL things".

Moon has been invited, at the request of the President, to the White House, is featured in "Who's Who" and other prominent international listings. An avid adventurer, he has wrestled sharks in Australia, lived with a tribe of head-hunters in New Guinea, engaged and flown in acrobatic dog-fighting, with famed conservationist George Adamson he has hand fed a pride of wild lions in the jungles of Africa, flown inside an erupting volcano, and currently spends his vacation time trying to locate missing in action WWII airmen for their families.
